Residence in Cyprus

Modern and functional design characterises this private residence in Livadia, in the Larnaca district, one of the most captivating areas of Cyprus. The interior design choices focus on porcelain stoneware, selected for its outstanding technical performance and elegant, realistic aesthetic, which creates a welcoming and serene atmosphere throughout the home.

Flaviker Supreme Evo Statuario Superior, a timeless marble effect with a white background, has been installed on both floors and walls, enhancing the abundant natural light.

In the kitchen, a large Materia slab measuring 163.5×323 cm, in the Statuario Superior finish, has been custom-shaped to cover both the worktop and the sides of the island.
